To keep maintaining the Utility's
rates among the lowest in East Tennessee, the Utility completes various projects in-house by utilizing a talented workforce;
other projects that require skills or equipment not readily accessible to the utility are bid out to contractors specializing
in that particular area.
The Utility has started the Black-creek/Mountain-view
water & gas project. We will be continuously working forward until project is complete. Thank you for your Patience.
